Hay Bales

 

Our hay is ORGANIC, and all are square bales. They are composed of Timothy & mixed grasses.

   

Fresh Eggs

We are raising New Hampshire Red and Golden Buff chickens. They are outside every day except when the weather is really terrible. They are in a protected area.( we have lots of natural predators who would love to decrease the size of our flock for their dinner!). All of our flocks are CERTIFIED ORGANIC. Eggs are available in farm store.

$4.00/dozen for smalls.  $5.50 / dozen for mixed sizes. $6.00/dozen for Jumbo Giants.

 

 

Herbs

Fresh herbs are available at the farm-stand and at markets; during the spring - fall.

Available Dried Herbs are $3.00/0.5oz.bag, OR 2 for $5.00. Glass jars are $3.00. I have dried celery leaves, catnip, sage, Italien flatleaf parsley, curley leaf parsley, spearmint.

Produce

PRODUCTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:  lettuces , broccoli raab. Expect strawberries the third week of June.

Jams and Jellies:

Made with in-season, local fruits - many from our farm.  We have lots to choose from!

SPARKLING GRAPE JELLY,WILD GRAPE JELLY, and

 BLUEBERRY JAM, CINNAMON PEAR JAM , APPLEBUTTER JAM, STRAWBERRY JAM, HOT PEPPER PEACH JAM, STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM, SAVORY RHUBARB JAM, APPLE CRANBERRY JAM,  BUMBLEBERRY JAM (blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, cranberry). More than 15 varieties.

Specialty Herbal Vinegars - 4 TYPES

Made with organic herbs from her own garden, and aged in standard commercial vinegars.  No preservatives. No additives.

BASIC HERBAL VINEGAR RECIPE FOR USE:

Use the vinegar to make fresh  salad dressing by taking 2 Tblsp. of my vinegar, 1/4 c. of your favorite oil, and 1 tsp honey in a small bowl. Whisk together and Voila! Fresh dressing for 4-5 people. To make a creamy dressing: substitute 1/8 c. mayonnaise & 1/8 c. sour cream for the oil portion  listed previously.

CUSTOM PILLOWS AND CURTAINS FOR YOUR HOME: 

Needlework: I can finish your needlework project by sewing them as part of pillows, totes, and such.  

 

Custom pillows w/ picture insert- I can use invitations/photos/bridal announcements/baby announcements,etc. quilted into the pillow center(on special printable cotton fabric)     ... 18 inch pillows w/ zippers or envelope backs are$30.00 (this includes fabric from my 'stash', and pillow filler for all pillows). I sew pillows as small as 8 inches and as large as 30 inches. Price goes down the smaller the pillow; for example, a 14 inch pillow would cost$22.50 for a photo pillow.

 

  Example- I've made special pillows, pillowcases, and fleece throw blankets with the Stonehill College name and emblem with fabrics in the school colors (purple and white).

2)Jeanette Sauer's hand-painted  notecards w/matching envelope (Cathy's 85 yr. old mother),  (Christmas assortment of designs, as well as fairies, dragons, flowers, and ladybugs). $3.00 ea. or 2 for $5.00

3) John D'Ambrouso's   (Cathy's son-in-law) unique hardwood bread serving boards. Several for $40.00 each.
